Refund Policy

This policy explains when refund requests may be considered for LOAN SERVES service or consultation fees.

Service Scope

LOAN SERVES is a bank sales agent and loan enquiry assistance platform. We help users submit loan enquiries, receive document guidance, and connect with authorised banks, NBFCs, or financial partners.

Any service/consultation fee paid to LOAN SERVES is charged only for assistance, enquiry processing, document guidance, and support services. We do not approve, sanction, or disburse loans.

When Refunds May Be Considered

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  1. 1Payment was deducted more than once for the same service.
  2. 2Payment was successful but the service was not initiated due to a technical issue.
  3. 3The user cancels the request before the loan enquiry is processed or forwarded to any financial partner.

When Refunds Will Not Apply

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  1. 1Once the loan enquiry has been processed or forwarded to a bank, NBFC, or financial partner.
  2. 2Once document guidance, consultation, or support service has been provided.
  3. 3If the loan is rejected, delayed, or not approved by the bank/NBFC/financial partner.
  4. 4If the user's credit score, eligibility, documents, or profile does not meet lender requirements.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
