Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when users may request cancellation of a paid LOAN SERVES assistance service.

When Cancellation May Be Accepted

Users may request cancellation of a paid service before the loan enquiry is processed, reviewed, or forwarded to any bank, NBFC, or financial partner.

Cancellation will be accepted only if the request is made before LOAN SERVES starts providing assistance, document guidance, consultation, or enquiry processing.

When Cancellation Will Not Be Possible

Cancellation will not be possible in the following cases:

  1. 1The loan enquiry has already been submitted or forwarded to a financial partner.
  2. 2Document guidance or consultation has already been provided.
  3. 3The user has received service-related support from LOAN SERVES.
  4. 4The user wants to cancel because the loan was rejected, delayed, or not approved by the lender.

Loan approval, sanction, interest rate, tenure, and disbursal are entirely subject to the policies of the respective bank, NBFC, or financial partner. LOAN SERVES does not guarantee loan approval.
